We wish to extend a cordial welcome toyou on our website, in the unique world of antiques, which we constantly create and where we add new showpieces every day, acting with passion and commitment.
Sixteen years have passed since the day that completely changed our lives. It was one of those autumn weekends in the Bieszczady Mountains; we decided to spend it far away from the crowd, the hubbub of the street and the noise of everyday life. Back then we did not expect that an accidental conversation with a kind old man, whom we met during a walk in the mountains, would become the new beginning...
When we stepped into his wooden house, a view of stylish interior emanating unique warmth and atmosphere met our eyes. The man told us about the passion that he had for antiques and that was visible even in the smallest details of the interior surrounding us. From then on, enchanted with the beauty of the Bieszczady Mountains, during each vacation we spent a few days with our friend and enjoyed the peace and quiet of that exceptional corner of Poland.
Since that time we used to call the man Grandfather. When after nearly five years of acquaintance, in the evening of his life,he presented us with a beautiful 19th-century bureau, a thought started to take shape in our heads to search for truly valuable showpieces. It was those moments that we decided to start looking for gems with their own soul, character and great individuality, whose every little bit was a witness of history in which they had fully participated. Only such showpieces are the most precious to us.
We have devoted all our time and commitment to one goal: searching for unique furniture, whose character and appearance bear testimony to the culture of their home country. We have looked for furniture emanating the warmth and character we encountered during that accidental meeting with our “Grandfather”. We dedicate all our free time to this activity. Since the very beginning it has been our passion and we have been completely engrossed in it. It has also become our work and we cannot imagine the next day without it.
After a dozen years of gaining what is most important for us – experience – we decided to display our achievements on this website. We admit that despite our sixteen years’ experience we still learn how to acquire more and more attractive showpieces in order to please every Client, so that you could also discover the uniquenessof our offer.
While selecting the antiques to be presented we make use of our knowledge and experience, combined with the certificates of origin (obtained where possible) for our items.
We invite you to visit our small world, where beauty, sensitivity and style become one and where the smallest detail is cherished with great care. We wish you and ourselves joy and satisfaction brought about by every offered showpiece.
